I have known Keith now for around two years and have become good friends with him. I was put on to him by a friend and became his first student in rugby league. I worked with keith on a personal programme that he set for me for around 6 to 8 week micro periods and the improvements were spectacular.

This year has been my debut year so I have not had the chance to work with keith as much but we keep in contact every week and we try to meet up as regular as possible for 1 to 1 sessions. Keith is becoming a well known figure in rugby league from working with a number of high profile players and really improving their speed and technique. I would recommend Keith to anyone as he is a highly qualified sprint coach and a top bloke and I hope to keep working with him to improve myself.

KEITH'S RESPONSE - I WAS APROACHED BY THE ENGLAND AND LEEDS ACADEMY COACH CHRIS ROSE (NOW WARRINGTON) AND STARTED TO WORK WITH LUKE. HE WAS ENTHUSIASTIC AND WORKED VERY HARD ON HIS TECHNIQUE AND AGILITY HE GAVE ME 100% IN ALL SESSIONS. LUKE MADE THE BREAK THROUGH TO LEEDS 1 ST TEAM IN 2010 AND I WAS VERY PROUD OF HIM AS HE WALKED OUT IN HIS DEBUT GAME AGAINST WIGAN WE ARE STILL WORKING TOGETHER AND ARE GOOD FRIENDS.

WE EXPECT NEIL TO GO ON TO MAKE THE FULL ENGLAND SQUAD THE WAY HE IS PLAYING.
